      \n\t\t\t\t\t\tSKR Land Surveying, LLC is a small family-owned and run land surveying company. Joanne Swanson is our Professional Land Surveyor. She holds licenses in Washington, Oregon, and Wyoming, and is CFedS certified. Jon Knapp is our lead technician in the field and heads all field work. Jon is working on his Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) certification. Jon also heads our drone division. Tom Rogers is our lead technician in the office, where he researches projects and does preliminary calculations. Tom is also working on his Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) certification. Chris Rogers and Dyllan Rogers round out our field personnel. We survey projects all over the state of Washington, east to west, and north to south. We go to those places that are so far out that no other surveyor wants to go. Utilizing GPS equipment, total stations, data collectors and even old-fashioned levels, we perform: lot surveys, topographic surveys, boundary line adjustments, short plats, formal plats, site monitoring. We can use drone flights for some topographic surveys and to show progress on construction sites, or for just an aerial visual of your site. In our office, we utilize both Civil3D and Carlson OEM to draft your projects. We enjoy a challenge, so if you\u2019ve been told your site is challenging, please call us for an estimate.       Jon has been surveying since 2004, starting as a chainman and working his way up to Party Chief. He is also an FAA Part 107 Certificated Remote Pilot for sUAS<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      Joanne started in survey as a summer intern during high school reducing field notes. After college she returned to survey as a Drafter and has continued to progress- Earning a PLS in Oregon then Washington, a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS) and after another stint in University a PLS in Wyoming before Starting SKR Land Surveying with two of her sons in 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
